Bethany M. Dolezal, Esquire

Associate Attorney

Attorney Bethany Dolezal was born and raised in Walkerton, Indiana. For most of her childhood, Bethany was home schooled, which allowed her the opportunity to begin college at age 15.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communication, with a concentration in speech communication, from St. Mary’s College of Notre Dame in Indiana.  Upon graduation, she moved to Lansing, Michigan, and attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.

During the first week of law school after her first class of Torts, Bethany knew that she wanted to pursue a career in personal injury law.  As she neared the completion of law school in 2014, she interned with a local personal injury firm in Tampa, where she began her professional relationship with Attorney Chelsie Lamie. After earning her Juris Doctor degree, Bethany accepted a position as lead litigation paralegal at the Personal Injury Law Office of Chelsie M. Lamie, P.A in 2016.   Bethany worked closely with Chelsie over the next six years, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the area of personal injury litigation.  In 2020, Bethany was admitted to the Florida Bar and transitioned from the firm’s lead litigation paralegal to an Associate Attorney.

Bethany resides in Treasure Island, Florida, with her husband, Jay, and their three children, Lyla, Jonah, and Charlee.  In her free time, she enjoys portrait drawing, painting and spending time with her young family, instilling in her children the same values that have helped her succeed in life: determination, hard work, compassion and respect.
