[push h=”20″]My passion is adventure travel. My husband David and I were excited to travel to our 40th country together recently. We spent a week in Trinidad and Tobago, a dual-island Caribbean nation just off the coast of Venezuela. While we weren’t able to get in any dives due to inclement weather, we were able to enjoy a boat ride around Tobago, experience the sounds of local steel drum bands preparing for Carnival in Port of Spain (Trinidad) and thoroughly enjoyed some of the most delicious food either has ever had at locally owned restaurants on both islands.
